Wallace “Wally” M. Correll, 82, passed away at 7:45 p.m. Nov. 22, 2016, in Warsaw Meadows Care Center.
He was born June 1, 1934, to Waldon “Bud” and Loa Pyle Correll in Warsaw. In 1960 he was married to Frances E. Smith. Together, the two would share nearly 55 years before her passing on July 2, 2014.
He attended Claypool area schools.
Wally had worked at Da-Lite screen for many years. He also sang professionally and was a skillful musician, playing both piano and organ. He had an interest in genealogy and history.
Those who survive include his niece, Valarie (husband Dave) Shull, Syracuse; two nephews, John (wife Belinda) Lukens, Warsaw, and Scott (wife Lisa) Lukens, Pierceton; and numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and several cousins. In addition to his wife, Frances, those who preceded him include his parents, Bud and Loa Correll, and a sister, Geneva Ann Lukens.
Friends may join family for a time of visitation and sharing at noon Thursday in Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Dave Hummel will officiate. 
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, at a later date.
