The Warsaw Plan Commission will review development plans for the proposed Walgreens Drug Store at the 7 p.m. meeting tonight.
Regardless of the Board of Zoning Appeals decision on a variance request by Preferred Development Inc. at the BZA's 6 p.m. meeting, the plan commission will study entrances to the proposed lot, landscaping, lighting, signage, setbacks and other details involving the property.
The plan would receive its first hearing tonight, with a second approval set for the July meeting.
The board also will review a preliminary plat proposed by Paul and Suan Scheuer for a five-lot residential subdivision north of Rozella Road and east of the Rozella Ford Golf Course, zoned R-1, residential.
The property, to be known as Maple Hill Manor, is 18.25 acres and will include a private road, Maplewood Trail.
Plan commission members are: Alan Clingan, Lacy Francis, Joe Thallemer, Richard Keeven, Jeff Grose, Dewey Lawshe and Jim Gast.
