A Wabash man was killed early Wednesday morning in a two-car collision on Ind. 15 just south of the Kosciusko County line.
A Silver Lake woman was injured in the crash.
Jamie Fawley, 21, was pronounced dead at Wabash County Hospital. The nature of his injuries was unavailable.
The accident occurred about 5:15 a.m. on Ind. 15, north of Wabash County Road 1400N.
According to Wabash County Sheriff's Department, Fawley's car was northbound on Ind. 15 when it collided nearly head-on with a car driving south. The driver of the other car, Judy Prater, 34, of Silver Lake, was treated at the hospital and released.
The sheriff is continuing the investigation. According to police reports, Fawley may have been driving left of the center line.
There is no indication that alcohol was involved.
