A South Bend man was booked into Kosciusko County Jail Thursday afternoon on charges resulting from an April 26 incident at Tippecanoe Valley High School.
Clint Allen Stone, 42, was arrested on a charge of voyeurism and held on a $2,000 bond.
His arrest results from an incident at TVHS on the morning of April 26 while he was working a route for Coffel Vending, Mishawaka. Stone allegedly used a cellular telephone to take photos of a female student's backside.
Stone allegedly followed the student from her locker to the school's cafeteria and continued to take photos.
Once the girl was at lunch, one of her friends reportedly blocked Stone's view and he left the building.
The incident was reported to Valley's resource officer, Josh Spangle, and he investigated the matter.
Spangle issued a no-trespass warning and Stone was banned from the school.
Coffel Vending was notified of the incident, confiscated Stone's phone, which belonged to the company, and found other photos of women's lower halves that weren't taken at TVHS.
Stone was suspended from his job at Coffel Vending and later terminated.
Attempts to reach Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney Steve Hearn this morning were unsuccessful.
