Voyeurism charges against a Warsaw man have been upgraded to charges of child molestation.
After the voyeurism incident was reported, the Warsaw Police Department began an investigtaion that led to a child molestation charge against Blaine Eugene Biller, 47, of 1022 Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw.Biller was arrested at 7:56 p.m. Tuesday on one count of child molestation. His bond was set at $10,000.
Biller was arrested for voyeurism June 15 after he was accused of watching a 12-year-old boy in a bathroom at Lucerne Park, Warsaw.
A witness told the Warsaw Police Department that Biller and the boy went into the bathroom at the park for an extended amount of time. When the witness went in the bathroom to check it out, he reportedly saw Biller standing in the same stall with the boy, who had his pants down.
Police interviewed Biller, who allegedly admitted he had inappropriate contact with the boy. Biller reportedly told poice that there had been at least one other act.
The alleged molestation took place last summer and this summer.
Investigation of the incident continues, and there are possible other victims involved.
