The general election is Nov. 2.
The last day to register to vote or change your address is Oct. 4. This also is the first day a person can come into the clerk's office and vote absentee in person. If you are going to be gone on election day, you can either vote in person at the clerk's office, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw, or you may request an application for an absentee ballot and either have it mailed to you or have a travel board come and take your vote.
The office hours for absentee voting in the office are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Oct. 23 and Oct. 30 from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
