First, as I have made clear earlier, I am no fan of negative campaigning, and I have nothing bad to say about Chad Miner’s opponent. What I can say is that I have known Chad for several years, and I am strongly supporting Chad for judge of Superior Court 3 because I know that he has the ability, the experience, the wisdom and the temperament to make an excellent judge.
I know that Chad is dedicated to our community (he has served on the Silver Lake board for years and on many nonprofit boards), and understands the laws that affect our residents. He has served as judge pro tem in Superior Court 3 over 50 times, so he has plenty of experience.
While serving our county as middle district commissioner, I had the opportunity to work with Chad Miner. He consistently demonstrates his caring commitment to our county while advising the commissioners and other elected officials based on the law. He well knows that following laws and regulations is not always the easy or popular outcome, but he does it diligently.
Chad Miner will apply that same work ethic serving our county as Superior Court 3 judge. I am confident that with his dedication and experience, he will make a great judge for the people of Kosciusko County
