Warsaw Community High School senior volleyball standout Katie Voelz signed a letter of intent to play at University of Indianapolis on Friday. The two-time All-Northern Lakes Conference selection finished her career with 1,061 kills, 477 digs, 134 blocks, and 78 aces. This season she finished with 475 kills while picking up 374 digs, 25 aces and 21 blocks, leading the Tigers to its second NLC championship in the past three seasons. Voelz also has a 12.11 overall grade point average, ranking her 31st in her class. She chose the Lady Greyhounds over Dayton and Ball State.
