ST. PETERSBURG, FLA - Virginia Murphy Barton Worley, 88, formerly of Warsaw, passed away Aug. 3, 2009, in her sleep at her home in St. Petersburg, Fla.
She married Carl Barton and Harold Worley, both who preceded her in death.
She had enjoyed 27 years of retirement from General Electric on Taylor Street.
She is survived by a daughter, Joyce Hess, Marana, Ariz.; a son, Harold Barton, LaGrange; two sisters, Dorothy Murphy and Evelyn Brickley, both of Fort Wayne; a niece, Melody Murphy Rosenberg, Gulfport, Fla.; two granddaughters, Tina Ressler, Phoenix, Ariz., and Dawn Schombert, Marana; seven great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie Murphy, and a granddaughter, Bobby Kahn.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends who knew her well.
Internment will be at a later date.
