Virginia L. "Ginny" Becraft, 69, of Warsaw, died at 3:59 p.m. Oct. 11, 2008, in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Sept. 20, 1939, in Louisa, Ky., to Frank and Irene I. Slone Ekers. On Sept. 20, 1957, in Warsaw, she married Harold T. Becraft, who survives.
Living in Warsaw most of her life, she owned Little Folks Daycare, Warsaw, and was a member of New Life Christian Church, Warsaw.
Also surviving are adopted children, Mark and Patty Harness, Warsaw; grandchildren, Vance, Rochelle, Mark, Jr., Tina, Andrew, Daniel, Edward, Elise, Angela, Joseph, Kara and Cameron; her mother, Mary Ekers, Columbus, Ohio; four nieces and nephews, Kim Lindsay, Janet Price, Toby (and spouse Michelle) Ekers and Tiffany Ekers; a great-niece, Mallory Marcum and Tiffany Ekers; a brother, Mike (and spouse Carol) Ekers, Columbus, Ohio; and a sister, Carol Price, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastor John Lowe of New Life Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
