Virginia "Gini" Wilkins, 82, formerly of 207 E. Main St., Mentone, died at 4 a.m. April 30, 2010, in Mason Health & Rehab, Warsaw.
She was born May 10, 1927, in Kosciusko County, to Wilber and Hazel Liggett Bickel. In June 1966, she married George Wilkins, who died in January 2006.
She spent most of her life owning and managing various restaurants in Kosciusko County. She was a 1945 Burket High School graduate and a member of Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Warsaw.
Surviving are three daughters: Sharon (and spouse James) Justice, Mentone; Karen (and spouse Ronald) Scott, Tippecanoe; and Linda (and spouse Don) Scott, Claypool; a son, Jerry (and spouse Margie) Kesler, Phoenix, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers, Quinten, Eddie and Murray Bickel, all of Arizona; and a sister, Mary Baldwin, Arizona.
A private service and burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
No calling is planned.
