Forrest and Betty Vining, Claypool, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary March 18, 2008. Forrest Vining and Betty Millington were married March 18, 1958, in Warsaw, with the Rev. Wayne Johnson officiating.
He worked for the City of Warsaw, and she was a homemaker.
The couple have two children: Wesley Vining, Warsaw, and Glen Vining, Claypool. They have seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The couple celebrated the anniversary with an open house.
