WINONA LAKE – The Village at Winona marked on Oct. 11 its first of 12 shopping Saturdays until Christmas. Throughout this celebration, everyone is invited to "Wander the Village" for a special shopping experience. As the holidays approach, participating shops will post upcoming themes for gift ideas weekly on their Facebook pages. Participating shops will conduct a "Hidden Elf Hunt" with a hidden elf in a different shop each Saturday. Each participating shop will have a clue so shoppers can sleuth their way through the Village to locate the hidden elf and receive the "Hidden Elf" discount for the hosting shop.
