A Milford woman was killed and a Warsaw man is in serious condition after a head-on-collision Tuesday morning north of Leesburg.
The Kosciusko County Coroner's Office pronounced Kahte I. Antonides, 90, 31 E. Nelson Drive, Milford, dead at the scene due to blunt force trauma.  Antonides had been driving a 2007 Ford Focus at the time of the crash and is believed to have not been wearing a seat belt.
Kosciusko County Sheriff's Deputies and emergency personnel responded to a 7:56 a.m. 911 call Tuesday of a head-on vehicular collision on Ind. 15, just south of CR 900N.
Officers arrived and located one unconscious subject in one of the vehicles.  Officers also located a second driver, Ty A. Marshall, 43, of 5390 W. Old Road 30, Warsaw, pinned in his 1997 Plymouth Breeze.  Marshall appeared to have broken legs and was extricated and transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.  Marshall was later transported to Lutheran Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, in serious condition. As of press time Marshall was listed in fair condition.
The Kosciusko County FACT/crash investigation team and the Kosciusko County Coroner's Office were both sent to the scene.
The Kosciusko County F.A.C.T. team advised that the crash is still currently under investigation pending legal blood draws as required by state law.
