Vicki Sue DunithanSYRACUSE – Vicki Sue Dunithan, 53, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020, at her home.
She was born on July 5, 1966, in Columbia City, to Calvin and Alma J. Prater Ousley.
She attended high school in David, Ky., moved to Syracuse area in the mid 1980s from Kentucky and attended Goshen College. She formerly worked at Dunnico in Syracuse, Starcraft in Goshen and was an in-home babysitter.
She is survived by three sons: Dylan Dunithan, Derek Dunithan and Daniel Dunithan, all of Syracuse; mother, Alma Ousley, of Silver Lake; sister, Jullie (Sam) Powers, of Syracuse; and two brothers: Rick (Cindy) Ousley, of Pierceton; and George (Rose) Ousley, of Silver Lake.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 3 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Memorial services will follow at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 3 in the funeral home with Pastor Lewis Wedstel Shepherd of the Freewill Baptist Church in Claypool officiating. Private family burial will take place at a later date.
