Vicki BrownSYRACUSE – Vicki Brown, age 72, of Syracuse, went to be with our Heavenly Father on May 22, 2022.
Vicki passed away in her Land O Lakes, Fla., home surrounded by family. Vicki married Rodger L. Brown on Sept. 12, 1970.
She graduated from West Noble High school in 1968 and later attended Ravenscroft Beauty College in Fort Wayne. For several years, Vicki owned her own beauty salon named Vicki’s Beauty Salon. She was later employed by the Wawasee Community School Corporation where she worked in the middle and high school cafeteria for over 28 years. Together, Vicki and Rodger owned and operated Happy Day’s Frozen Custard for several years in Syracuse.
Vicki is survived by her husband, Rodger; children, Kory Brown and Jody Martin; mother, Catherine Geiger; grandchildren, Michael and Mason Brown and Jackson and Kendall Stephens; sisters, Trudy Fetters and Kim Pattison. Vicki was preceded in death by her father, Charles Geiger.
There will be a graveside service at the Syracuse Cemetery to honor her life on Saturday, July 9 at 10 a.m. Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse, is assisting the family.
