Thirty-four veterans were honored at the Veterans Day chapel service at Warsaw Christian School and reception following. The students were led by music teacher Marlise Shaffer, in reciting the pledges, and singing the “Star-Bangled Banner” and the “Armed Services Medly.” Other patriotic music was sung by the choir and various classes. A slideshow presented family members and friends who had served in various military branches highlighting their years served, types of jobs, medals and honors, and sacrifices for their fellow Americans. Pictured are veterans who attended with the second-grade class.
