PUBLIC NOTICE - NEW TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER Chicago SMSA LP d/b/a Verizon Wireless is proposing to construct a cellular tower located at 3519 South SR-19 in Mentone, Kosciusko County, Indiana, which is defined as a 70-foot by 90-foot lease area containing a proposed 196-foot self-supporting tower and an approximately 11.5-foot by 30-foot prefabricated equipment shelter with an emergency diesel generator, all within a 60-foot by 65-foot fenced area. In addition, a new 20-foot access and utility easement will extend north of the leased area.
