You are hereby notified: That a Verified Application and Petition for Change of Name has been field in the Kosciusko Circuit Court by John E. Mahnken and Anne F. Mahnken to change the name of Kiera Jayden Argentino Mahnken, a minor to Keira Jayden Mahnken. By order of the Kosciusko Circuit court, this matter is scheduled for hearing December 21, 2012 at 1:00 a.m. before the Kosciusko County Circuit Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Any person or persons objecting to Petitioners' request for change of name for Kiera Jayden Argentino Mahnken shall make such objections and reasons therefore known to the Court prior to the hearing on the petition.
