NAPPANEE — Velma E. Frey, 76, Milford, passed away at 1:34 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2017, at her residence. She had fought cancer for five years.
She was born Nov. 11, 1940, to Joseph and Ruby Hochstetler Stutzman. On Feb. 14, 1965, she married John Henry Frey, who survives.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Pleasant Grove Mennonite Church, Goshen.
Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church. Bishop Randall Riegsecker and the home ministry will officiate. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Mennonite Church Cemetery.
