MENTONE – Velma F. Ailer Horn, 96, formerly of Mentone, died at 5:20 p.m. Dec. 13, 2015, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw, where she resided. She was born Sept. 11, 1919, in Fulton County, to Russell and Blanche Wynn Ailer. On June 28, 1941, in Hamlet, she married Harold E. Horn, who died July 10, 2014. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at King Memorial Home, Mentone, with the Rev. Rodney Ruberg officiating. Burial will be in Mentone Cemetery.
