Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a call this morning regarding a vehicle that struck a utility pole at the intersection of Ind. 15N and 900N, south of Milford.
At 9:05 a.m., Daryl Drudge, 69, Warsaw, struck a vehicle being driven by Kelley Jarette, 46, Warsaw, then struck a NIPSCO utility pole.
Jarette was slowing to turn off of Ind. 15 onto CR 900N, when Drudge did not realize Jarette was turning and struck Jarette.
Drudge was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital with minor injuries.
Damage was estimated at $10,000 to $20,000. Multi-Township EMS assisted at the scene.
