The Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals approved Monday a variance request of Dick Witt, owner of Warsaw Automotive Supply (NAPA), 812 N. Detroit St.
Witt was seeking a variance from the 20-foot rear setback requirement for his property along the Conrail line behind his business. He will be expanding his building and wanted to authorization to maintain the 5-foot, 8-inch setback of his current building on the extension.
