NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of VanBuren Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper officers of said unit at 406 W. Forth St., Milford on August 30, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. will conduct a pu blic hearing on the year 2012 budget. Following this meeting any ten or more taxpayers may object to a budget, t ax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of the political subdivis ion within seven days after the hearing. The objection petition must identify the provisions of the budget, tax rate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the political subdivision shall adopt with its bud get a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following the aforementioned hearing, the F iscal Body will meet at 406 W. Forth St., Milford on September 13, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. to adopt the followi ng budget.
