Valley Students Asked To Do Survey

Posted
The Rural Policy Research Institute's Center for Entrepreneurship is developing a curriculum and program focusing specifically on youth entrepreneurship.

An entrepreneur is someone who organizes, manages and assumes the risks of a new business enterprise. As part of the background information for their development phase, the RUPRI Center has created an online survey and has worked with local schools to gather information on how youth view their community, whether or not they might be interested in starting a business locally, etc. Participation in the survey provides useful information to the RUPRI Center as well as the local community.

In cooperation with the RUPRI Center and the Fulton Economic Development Corporation, Tippecanoe Valley students currently in grades 7-12 are encouraged to take part in this survey. By doing so, Fulton County will experience youth entrepreneurship opportunities through the RUPRI Center for Entrepreneurship. For more information about the Rural Policy Research Institute and their efforts to encourage entrepreneurship, visit their Web site at www.rupri.org/enterpreneurship.php

Tippecanoe Valley students in grades 7-12 may complete the brief, 19-response youth entrepreneurship survey by proceeding to the following link: www.zoomerang.com/survey.zgi?p=WEB226JDM6VETK
