AKRON — Work done in the new auditorium and locker room areas is part of the most recent monthly progress in Tippecanoe Valley High School’s construction project.
At its monthly work session on Thursday, the Tippecanoe Valley School Board heard that information from The Skillman Corp. Project Manager Scott Rogers. The Skillman Corp. is the construction management company for the project.
In the last four weeks, workers have “backfilled the seating risers with stone” in the auditorium and “set spiral stairs” there, according to information from Rogers.
He said “masons have also been working in the locker room additions, getting the rest of those walls built.”
“For the pool, we’re almost done with all the painting,” said Rogers. “And we’ll get that scaffolding down again about the middle of January.”
