Larry V. Rose, Kenneth A. Harris, Michael D. VanOsdol, and William D. Poe respectfully petition the Council:
They are the owners of 107 E. Van Buren Street and 109 E Van Buren Street, Leesburg, IN 46538. The plat of Leesburg contains a public way adjacent to their real estate. The public way is not utilized for access to any property other than the owners, is not necessary for the future development of the community and does not serve as access to any public place. That the legal description of the property proposed to be vacates is as follows:
Public Way between 107 and 109 E. Van Buren Street, North to the end of the Public Way. The abutting land owners are the petitioners.
Wherefore, Petitioners move the Council for vacation of the above-described public way by scheduling a hearing on the petition not later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.
