NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY STATE OF INDIANA SS KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN RE: PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC WAY, GERALD D. SHANK, Petitioner BEFORE THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY COMMISSIONERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gerald D. Shank, as Petitioner, has filed a verified petition with the Kosciusko County Commissioners seeking the vacation of a public way, which petition has been set for hearing before the Kosciusko County Commissioners on the 15th day of February, 2011, at 9:15 o'clock a.m. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room (old Court Room) which is located on the third floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse, located at the comer of North Buffalo Street and West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The public way for which vacation is sought is situated in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: That real estate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, bordered on the West by Lot 26 and East by Lot 27 in Roy Hohman Subdivision on Yellow Creek Lake and on the South by County Road 850 South and the North by a certain tract of land included under Key Number 025-073-008.A which real estate is labeled as "Drive", as shown upon the Plat of Roy Hohman Subdivision on Yellow Creek as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 5, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. and which public way is also identified as an unimproved tract of land lying between the real estate commonly and collectively known as 6468 West 850 South, Claypool, Indiana 46510. ANY PERSON desiring to be heard may file objections or comments with the Kosciusko County Commissioners with the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, or the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission, and any person may appear at said hearing and be heard in support or objection of the petition filed herein. The hearing may be continued by the Kosciusko County Commissioners without further public notice. A copy of the petition is on file in the Office of the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
