NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY
To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana
You are hereby notified that on the 31st day of March, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Brad L. Rauguth and Kathy L. Rauguth and Patrick L. Pemberton and Ramonda Kay Pemberton for vacation of an unnamed public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit
All that public way lying between Lots 39 & 42 in the Revised Plat of Pfeiffer Veach Addition and Lots 40 & 43 in the Revised Plat of Pfeiffer Veach Addition from an extension southwesterly of the southeast line of Lot 40 to the water's edge.
And relocate the public way to the following location:
The northeasterly fifteen feet (15') by parallel lines of Lots 40 & 43 in the Revised Plat of Pfeiffer Veach Addition.
