You are hereby notified that on the 20th day of February, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Robin Haag, Lynn Mills, Alan Peery & Vivian Hurst for vacation of an unnamed public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast comer of Lot 2 in Quaker Haven, thence south on and along the east lines of Lots 2 & 1 to the southeast comer of Lot 2, thence east to the southwest comer of Lot 21; thence north on and along the west line of Lot 21 to the northwest comer of Lot 21; thence west to the place of beginning.
