You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of September, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Todd A. Dawson and Jan Dawson, for vacation of a portion of EMS T34C Lane, a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
All that portion of EMS T34C Lane lying south of the north line of the south 3/4 of Lot 12 in the Plat of Old Mill Place extended east.
