NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY To: Residents of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of February, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Freedom Oil, LLC, for vacation of an alley in 7th Amended and Additional Plat of Winona Park, now within the corporate limits of the City of Warsaw, a public way within the limits of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows: The alley running from the east right of way of Argonne Road bounded on the north by Lot 291 and on the south by Lot 264.
