NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY STATE OF INDIANA BEFORE THE KOSCIUSKO SS: COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO IN RE: PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC WAY, DUSTIN BUSSARD, Petitioner SCOTT EGOLF, Petitioner JUSTIN HURT, Petitioner NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dustin Bussard, Scott Egolf, and Justin Hurt, as Petitioners, have filed a verified petition with the Kosciusko County Commissioners seeking the vacation of a public way, which petition has been set for hearing before the Kosciusko County Commissioners on the 23rd day of August, 2016, at 9:15 o’clock, a.m. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room (old Court Room) which is located on the third floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse, located at the corner of North Buffalo Street and West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The public way for which vacation is sought, is situated in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows, to wit: Certain real estate being approximately thirty-five feet (35’) in width by approximately twenty-eight feet (28’) in length, bordered on the north by Lot 23 of the Roy Hohman Subdivision on Yellow Creek Lake, commonly known as 6384 West Roy Drive, and bordered on the south by Yellow Creek Lake, and bordered on the east by Lot Number 24 of the Roy Hohman Subdivision on Yellow Creek Lake, and bordered on the west by Lot Number 22 of the Roy Hohman Subdivision on Yellow Creek Lake, all as is shown on the Plat of Roy Hohman Subdivision on Yellow Creek Lake, as recorded in the Plat Book 4, at Page 5, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. And which public way is also identified as an unimproved tract of land running through the real estate commonly known as 6384 West Roy Drive, Claypool, Indiana 46510. Any person desiring to be heard may file objections or comments with the Kosciusko County Commissioners with the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, or the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission, and any person may appear at said hearing and be heard in support or objection of the petition filed herein. The hearing may be continued by the Kosciusko County Commissioners without further public notice.
