You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of July, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by John J. Benedetto, Jr. and Colleen R. Benedetto, for vacation of a portion of EMS D18A Lane, a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of EMS D18A Lane lying south of a line from the southwest corner of Tract 1 below to the southeast corner of Tract 2 below:
