NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PETITION FOR VACATION OF A PUBLIC WAY STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO IN RE: PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC WAY NOAH ANDERSON, JR. AND LORENE ANDERSON, PETITIONERS BEFORE THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY COMMISSIONERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Noah Anderson, Jr. and Lorene Anderson, as Petitioners, have filed a verified Petition to Vacate a Public Way with the Kosciusko County Commissioners seeking the vacation of a public way. A copy of the Petition is on file with the Kosciusko County Auditor. The Petition has been set for hearing before the Kosciusko County Commissioners on the 24th day of February, 2015 at 9:15 a.m. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room (the old Court Room) which is located on the third floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse located at 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The public way for which vacation is sought is situated in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana and more particularly described as follows: All that part of Section Street located South of Lot Number Eight (8) in Mary Norths Addition of Outlots to Milford Junction, Indiana as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 134, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Which is also described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Eight (8) Township Thirty-Four (34) North Range Six (6) East; thence East along the South line of said Southwest Quarter two (2) rods to the point of beginning; thence continuing East along the South line of said Southwest Quarter, being the South line of Section Street, a distance of twenty (20) rods; thence North two (2) rods to the Southeast corner of Lot Number Eight (8) in Mary Norths Addition of Outlots to Milford Junction, Indiana as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 134, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence West along the South line of said Lot Eight (8), being the North line of Section Street, twenty (20) rods to the Southwest corner of said Lot Eight (8); thence South two (2) rods to the point of beginning.
