NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dominick McCann, manager and authorized member of 67 EMS LLC, the owner of 67 EMS BlA Ln, Leesburg, IN 46538, as Petitioner(s), has filed a verified Petition to Vacate a Public Way with the Kosciusko County Commissioners seeking the vacation of a public way, which Petition has been set for hearing before the Kosciusko County Commissioners on the 27th day of November, 2018 at 9:15 AM.
The hearing will be held in the old Courtroom, which is located on the third floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. The public way for which vacation is sought, is situate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land located between Lot Number 11 and Lot Number 10, being 16 feet wide at its northern boundary, 16 feet wide at its southern boundary, 128 feet long at its western boundary shared with Lot Number 10, and 133 feet long at its eastern boundary shared with Lot Number 11, in Bar-A-Bee Shore, a plat on Big Barbee Lake in the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, in Tippecanoe Township.
ANY PERSON desiring to be heard may file an objection or comments with the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana or with the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission, and any person may appear at said hearing and be heard in support of or objection to the Petition filed herein. The hearing may be continued by the Kosciusko County Commissioners without further public notice.
