You are hereby notified that on the 18th day of September, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Monica M. Weigand for vacation of a portion of a public way, within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
Part of a platted road lying south of lot number 1 in Sudlow and Marsh's Corrected Plat of South Park, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Commencing on the south line of lot number 1 in Marsh's Addition to South Park, Kosciusko County, Indiana, at a point 115.3 feet East of the southwest corner of lot number 1 in said Marsh's Addition; thence S82º15'45"E (GPS Grid bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along the south line of lot number 1 in said Marsh's Addition and on and along the south line of lot number 1 in said Sudlow and Marsh's Corrected Plat, a distance of 78.07 feet to a point situated 1.0 foot southwesterly of an existing fence, said point being at the Point of Beginning; thence continuing S82º-15'-45"E, on and along the South line of Lot number 1 in said Sudlow and Marsh's Corrected Plat, a distance of 14.38 feet to a point situated 1.0 foot southeasterly of an existing fence; thence S62º-18'-32"W, on and along a line being situated 1.0 foot (measured at right angles), southeasterly of an existing fence, a distance of 8.27 feet; thence N83º-41'-04"W, on and along a line situated 1.0 foot (measured at right angles), southerly of an existing fence, a distance of 133.878 feet; thence N27º-53'-12"W, on and along a line being situated 1.0 foot (measured at right angles), southwesterly of an existing fence, a distance of 9.98 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.02 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal right-of-way, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easements of record.
