You are hereby notified that on the 25th day of July, 2017 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Deborah S. Ballinger for vacation of a portion of Otter Trail within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast comer of Lot 58 in the Plat of Bensart's North Shore Park, thence easterly on an extension of the north line of Lot 58 to the east right-of-way of Otter Trail, thence southerly on the east right-of-way of Otter Trail to the point of intersection with the south line of Lot 59 extended east, thence westerly on an extension of the south line of Lot 59 to the southeast comer of Lot 59, thence northerly on the west right-of-way of Otter Trail to the place of beginning.
