NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION
FOR VACATION OF A PORTION OF OLD WRAY DRIVE
IN OLD WRAY HOMESTEAD SUBDIVISION
AN ADDITION IN KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA
To: Residents Of Kosciusko County, Indiana
You are hereby notified that on the 24th day of July, 2018 at 9:15 a.m.
in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West
Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of
Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed
by James R. Adams, Flavian R. Adams, and Jacob L. Warner Clark
Shepherd for vacation of a portion of Old Wray Drive in Old Wray
Homestead Subdivision within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the east 1/2 of Lot 77 in Old
Wray Homestead Subdivision (“Plat”), thence southerly on an exten -
sion of the west line of the east 1/2 of Lot 77 to the point of intersection
with the south right-of-way line of Old Wray Drive, thence on and
along the south right-of-way of Old Wray Drive to the point of intersec -
tion with the extension of the east line of Lot 83 in the Plat extended
southerly, thence northerly on and along the extension of the east line
of Lot 83 in the Plat to the southeast corner of Lot 83 in the Plat, thence
westerly on and along the south line of Lots 83, 82, 81, 80, 79, 78 and 77
in the Plat to the point of beginning.
