You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of August, 2017 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by George L. Xanders III, Ann L. Xanders and St. John Homes, LLC for vacation of Bonar Alley within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest comer of Lot 11 in Wildwood Park as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 111 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, thence east to the southeast comer of Lot 15; then south to the northeast comer of Lot 6; thence west to the northwest comer of Lot 10; thence north to the place of beginning.
