You are hereby notified that on the 4th day of January, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Warsaw City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Groninger Group, LLC for vacation of public ways in the Plat of Thrall's Addition to the town, now city of Warsaw, within the corporate limits of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
Tract 1: Commencing at an iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northeast corner of Lot Number 12 in Thrall's Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 15 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence North 88°47'30" East on and along the North line of said Thrall's Addition, 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 88°47'30" East along said North line, 9.15 feet to a 5/8- inch iron pin capped "Walker" and the point of intersection with the East right-of-way line of Miami Street; thence South 02°04'02" West, on and along said East right-of-Nay line, 249.32 feet (recorded 251.4 feet) to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" on the North right-of-way line of a 12 foot Wide alley as shown on the Plat of Grant's Addition as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 9 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence North 89°54'56" West, along said North alley line extended, 1.91 feet; thence North 00°24'10" East, 248.97 feet to the
point of beginning
Tract 2: Beginning at an iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northwest corner of Lot #14 in Thrall's Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 15 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence South 00°24'10" West, along the West line of said Lot #14, 50.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence South 88°47'30" West, 16,50 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northeast corner of a certain tract of land recorded in Deed Record 347 page 739 in said records; thence North 00°24'10" East, on and along the East line of Lot #15 in said Thrall's Addition, 50.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northeast corner of said Lot #15; thence North 88°47'30" East, on and along the North line of said Plat of Thrall's Addition, 16.50 feet to the Point of Beginning,
Tract 3: Beginning at an iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northwest corner of Lot #12 in Thrall's Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 15 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence South 00º24'10" West, on and along the West line of said Lot #12, 115.87 feet (recorded 100,6 feet); thence North 87°35'25" west, 16.48 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northeast corner of a certain tract of land recorded as Parcel 3 in said tract of land in Document Number 2019120918; thence North 00°24'10" East, on and along the East line of Lot #13 in said Thrall's Addition, 114,83 feet (recorded 114 feet), to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northeast corner of said Lot #13; thence North 88°47'30" East, on and along the North line of said Plat of Thrall's Addition, 16.47 feet (recorded 16.5 feet) to the Point of Beginning.
