You are hereby notified that on the 28th day of April, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Wawasee Marina, Inc. for vacation of the following described portions of public ways within the Plat of Jarrett's pt Addition to Yacht Harbor, Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
Tract 1: The east 1/2 of Ross Drive (12.5') from the south right-of-way of Simon's Drive to the South Right-of-way of Pike' Drive extended west.
Tract 2: Greenwalt Avenue from the south right-of-way of Channel Avenue to the south right-of-way of Pike's Drive extended east.
Tract 3: Channel Avenue from the east right-of-way of Ross Drive to the west right-of-way of Buttermilk Drive, as shown on the Plat of Buttermilk Bay Addition, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 28 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Tract 4: Pike's Drive from the east right-of-way of Ross Drive to the west right-of-way of Greenwalt Avenue extended south.
