Ursula “Judy” Wojtan, 61, of Warsaw, died at 4:40 a.m. Oct. 11, 2012, in Mason Health and Rehab, Warsaw.
She was born April 24, 1951, in Chicago, Ill., to Jan and Kathryn Rzad Wojtan.
Moving to Warsaw from Chicago, she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw. She enjoyed watching “Star Trek”, “I Love Lucy”, “Batman” and “MacGyver” and was an Elvis and John Wayne fan. In earlier times she enjoyed crocheting, making latch hook rugs and coloring.
Surviving are two sisters, Theresa Kalinowski, Warsaw, and Pelagia (and spouse Stanley) Roszak, Lady Lake, Fla. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Jeanne Dates; and a brother, Stanley Wojtan.
A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, officiated by Fr. Phil Devolder of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw.
