• 4:15 p.m. Tuesday - Phillip Wayne Binion, 38, Hamlet, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:15 a.m. Wednesday - Roy Edward Brickey Jr., 38, of 726 E. Northshore Drive, Syracuse, arrested for felony battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $15,500.
• 9:50 a.m. Wednesday - Carrie Ann Sechrist, 53, of 72876 CR 29, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:24 p.m. Wednesday - Sandon Isaiah Allen, 36, of 1818 Sue Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $2,000.
• 1:30 p.m. Wednesday - Benjamin Neal Jones, 41, of 3610 S. Bruner Road, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 6 p.m. Wednesday - Jeffery Lee Brewer, 42, of 3932 W. Old U.S. 30, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
• 12:54 a.m. Thursday - Tayler Dedryck Grubbs, 27, Rochester, arrested for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $500.
• 1:40 a.m. Thursday - Jonathan Michael Baker, 35, of 1508 Tippecanoe Drive, #D2, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 4:40 a.m. Thursday - Eric Ray Smoroske, 58, of 9834 S. Pelican Way, Claypool, arrested for failure to execute sentence. No bond set.

Injuries: Hoppus complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain; a passenger in Hoppus’ vehicle, Scot E. Puckett, 28, East CR 400S, Warsaw, complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. • 9:43 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Fruitridge Drive, Warsaw. Car hit curb. Driver: Stephanie Ramirez, 17, West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
