Notice is hereby given that Barry E. Sipple was on the 29th day of June, 2017, appointed personal representative of the estate of Letta J. Miller, deceased, who died on June 20, 2017.
All persons having claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
