Notice is hereby given that Susan C. Shepherd was on the 16th day of September, appointed personal representative of the estate of Addam Ray Shepherd, deceased, who died on August 8, 2019.
All persons having claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
