Notice is hereby given that Jon R. Ewin was on the 1st day of September, 2017, appointed personal representative of the estate of Abby Irene Ewen, deceased, who died on August 9, 2017.
All persons having claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
