Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of August, 2017, at Petition for Probate and Issuance of Letters of Administration and for Unsupervised Administration was filed in the matter of the Estate of Virgil L. Currence, Jr., deceased, and that on the same date Virgil L. Currence, III was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Virgil L. Currence, Jr., deceased, and was authorized to administer the said estate without Court supervision.
All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in said Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
