Notice is given that on the 10th day of August, 2017, Mary Ann Creighton, was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of David A. Creighton, who died on July 22, 2017, leaving a will.
All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three months from the first publication of this notice, or within nine months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
