Notice is hereby given that Andrew S. Swihart and Matthew C. Swihart were on the 16th day of May, 2019, apointed co-personal representatives of the estate of Larry E. Swihart, deceased, who died on March 31, 2019.
All persons having claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
